A Global Community for Impact
An Evening of Art Conservation, and Collective Impact
At the end of March, a group of our supporters gathered in Palm Beach for a remarkable evening that brought together art, conservation, and philanthropy. Hosted around a striking photographic exhibition by David Yarrow, the event raised vital funds for the African Community & Conservation Foundation (ACCF) and our strategic partner, Tusk Trust and the African Community & Conservation Foundation (ACCF). Together, we celebrated our shared commitment to protecting Africa’s wildlife and landscapes.
David Yarrow is widely regarded as one of the world’s best-selling photographers, known for his dramatic black-and-white images that capture both the raw beauty and fragility of the natural world. Born in Glasgow, his career began early most notably photographing the Diego Maradona at the 1986 World Cup Final for The Times. After a successful period in finance, Yarrow returned to photography in 2014 to pursue what had always been his true passion. His work today spans wildlife, cinematic storytelling, and cultural portraiture, but consistently carries a deeper purpose: to connect audiences emotionally to the subjects he captures.

As Yarrow himself reflects:
Every time I am fortunate enough to meet people working to protect the planet or advance medical research, it motivates me to do better.
Philanthropy is deeply embedded in David Yarrow’s work. Since 2018, his photography has helped raise more than $25 million for charitable causes worldwide, with a strong emphasis on conservation and, increasingly, paediatric healthcare.
The Palm Beach exhibition was a powerful reminder of what is possible when art and purpose intersect. Each photograph on display was a story, a conversation starter, and ultimately, a catalyst for our joint, global community action.
Events like this are not only about raising funds but they are about building a community of committed supporters who understand the urgency of conservation and the role they can play in it. We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in Palm Beach and to those who continue to support this vital work. Through joint collaboration and generosity we are helping to secure a future where both wildlife and communities can thrive.
