Chingele Children’s Home
Chingele Children’s home is well managed, and the children are happy and thriving. However, the home itself needs maintenance and extra touches to make it comfortable. Our goal for 2022 is to buy each child a new bed with bedding.
Another ambition for 2022/2023 would be to make an e-learning lab for both the children at Chingele and other students in their community, where they will be able to access online schooling. There is a designated classroom on site. The e-learning hub will require computers and other ICT equipment.
Chingele is a special project which is close to our hearts. This home accommodates 38 orphaned and vulnerable children aged from 6 months to just over 18 years old.
The Chingele Children’s program will enhance the living conditions of these children and further develop their education with technological training.
